Frederick will be taking us on a carefully curated musical journey, whilst Lydia and Jenny hold and guide the space, inviting you to explore movement, expression and release in your own way.

CACAO + OPENING

We'll begin by coming together with cacao, grounding into the body and setting an intention for the afternoon.

Then the music begins.

The journey builds through rhythm, movement and expression before gradually bringing us back down into stillness, integration and connection.

A space to shake it out, sweat it out, laugh, cry, breathe, dance and simply be.
