Upcoming Ceremonies & Events
Rapéh, Sananga, Cacao, somatic movement, sound healing and nature immersion
Llandovey, Wales
A day to soften, to remember & to return to yourself.
You’re invited into a deeply held, luxury ceremonial space — where ancient practices, sound, and nature weave together to guide you gently back to balance, clarity & connection.
Through a guided Rapéh, Sananga & Cacao ceremony, somatic movement, a deep sound healing led by Gemma , land walking, and intentional integration. This day is designed to support you in releasing what you’ve been holding, and creating space within yourself again.
This is not about pushing or forcing anything.
It’s about being held safely, and allowing your experience to unfold in its own way.
About these medicines: Sananga is a potent medicine from the Amazon, traditionally administered as eye drops. Though the sensation can be intense, its effects are short-lived. Sananga enhances focus, reduce migraines and headaches, opens your third eye and provides an energetic cleansing.
Hapé is a sacred tobacco-based snuff used by Indigenous Amazonian tribes, such as the Yawanawá. Traditionally, it is used for spiritual and physical healing, balancing energies, and bringing clarity. It’s also a grounding tool.
Although not a psychedelic, it should be avoided by those who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or suffer from serious mental health issues.
This work isn’t about intensity — it’s about intention, safety, and integration.
Lydia is an integrative psychologist and student of Yawanawá culture and spirituality, Lydia has lived in the Amazon jungle, immersing herself in the teachings of the Yawanawá people. She has also helped establish the Emâ Vena retreat centre and continues to support Indigenous communities through ceremonial work and fundraising.
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and fully supported. You’re welcome to reach out for more details.
Rapéh, Sananga, Cacao and Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, Medicine Songs, Cacao and Amazonian Plant Medicine Hapé and Sanaga
Join Jenny and Lydia for this powerful ceremony on Saturday 16th May at Stockbridge venue, LifeCare Edinburgh
Lydia begins by serving Amazonian medicines while offering traditional medicine prayers to connect inward, release and let go. Jenny will then lead us through a powerful yet grounding practice of kundalini yoga which includes breathwork & mantra, followed by a deep relaxation with sound to help the practice and the medicines integrate. We spend time at the end connecting and sharing with ceremonial cacao, and healthy nutritious, homemade snacks
