Rapêh, Sananga, Cacao and Movement Ceremony/circle
£55.00

Step into a carefully held space where ancient plant traditions and embodied movement come together in a circle of connection, presence, and inner exploration.

This ceremony weaves together Rapéh, Sananga, ceremonial cacao, and guided movement to support a gentle yet powerful journey inward. Each element offers its own doorway. Rapéh to clear and centre the mind, Sananga to sharpen perception and release stored tension, cacao to open the heart, and movement to integrate, express, and reconnect with the body.

We begin in stillness, arriving together and setting intentions. From there, you’ll be guided through each practice with care, respect, and consent at every stage. The space is held with sensitivity, allowing you to move at your own pace, whether that means deep participation or quiet observation.

This is not about performance or achieving anything. It is about listening. To your body, your breath, and whatever is ready to be felt or seen.

You can expect a supportive, non-judgemental environment where authenticity is welcome. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to be present.

Come as you are. Leave a more connected.

My path has been shaped by over five years living with indigenous tribes in Brazil, including the Yawanawá and Katukina, alongside my training as a psychologist. I hold space where ancestral wisdom and modern understanding meet, supporting connection, healing, and self discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • Rapéh (also spelled Rapeh or Hapé) is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine used by various indigenous tribes in Brazil. It is a sacred blend of powdered plants, often including tobacco and ash from medicinal trees, prepared with specific knowledge and intention. Its is NOT Psychedelic

Traditionally, Rapéh is applied through the nose using a pipe, supporting a sense of grounding, mental clarity, and energetic alignment. Many people experience it as a way to quiet the mind, release emotional, spiritual or physical tension, and come into deeper presence.

In this space, Rapéh is offered with respect for its cultural origins (Yawanawá) and is always optional. You will be guided carefully, and consent is prioritised at every stage.

  • Sananga is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine made from the roots and bark of a shrub, prepared as eye drops by indigenous tribes in Brazil.

It is traditionally used to support clarity of vision, both physically and energetically, and is often associated with releasing stored tension, emotional blockages, and mental fog. The application can create a short, intense burning sensation in the eyes, which typically passes within a few minutes.

Many people experience a sense of reset, grounding, and heightened awareness afterwards.

In this space, Sananga is offered with care and respect for its cultural origins. Participation is always optional, and you will be guided through the process with full consent and support.

  • Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of cacao, traditionally used in Central and South American cultures for ritual, connection, and heart opening.

Unlike regular chocolate, it is prepared in a way that preserves its natural compounds, which can gently support mood, focus, and a sense of emotional openness. Many people experience cacao as a soft, grounding presence that helps deepen connection to themselves and others.

In this space, cacao is served as a warm drink and offered as a supportive element within the circle. It is non-psychedelic, though it can have subtle stimulating effects due to its natural properties.

As with all elements of the ceremony, participation is optional and you are encouraged to listen to your body.
